Meet Dr. Dena Constandelis

Hi, I'm Dr. Dena! I'm a second generation dentist, practice owner, and mom of three who believes that going to the dentist should feel a lot less intimidating and a lot more personal. Dentistry has always been part of my life. I grew up watching my father build a practice centered around relationships, trust, and treating patients like family. Inspired by his dedication to his patients and his love for dentistry, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps and pursue a career in dentistry myself. Today, I'm incredibly proud to carry on that legacy at Constandelis Dental in Clifton, New Jersey, where our family has been caring for smiles for over 40 years. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., before going on to receive my dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. With 16 years of clinical experience, my approach to dentistry is simple: prevention first, honest advice, and care that's tailored to you. I believe patients deserve to understand their oral health, feel comfortable asking questions, and never feel pressured into treatment. My passion for dentistry extends well beyond the walls of my practice. I currently serve as President of the Passaic County Dental Society and am an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA).
